On Friday 9 October the second tower crane will be installed. Lorries carrying the crane parts will arrive on site from 6:00. Assembly itself will only start at 7:00, within normal site hours.

The project
At Avenue du Pérou 80 we are building a new sports club with swimming pools, a fitness area and an underground car park.
The works are carried out in phases: first the underground car park, then the building itself and finally the building services, finishes and landscaping. We are doing everything we can to keep disruption for the neighbourhood to a minimum.

SITE HOURS Monday to Friday, 7:00 – 19:00

Site traffic
Lorries regularly come and go for the excavation works and concrete deliveries. Large deliveries are announced in advance in the news from the site.

Noise
Works take place within site hours. Exceptions, such as a long concrete pour, are announced in advance.

Dust and cleanliness
The contractor keeps the site area and the surrounding street clean.

Concrete pour for the first phase of the foundations
On Thursday 8 October the concrete for the first phase of the foundations will be poured. Work starts at 5:30 and may continue until 23:00. The concrete has to be poured and polished in one go, and this work cannot be interrupted. It is therefore an exception to the normal site hours. Thank you for your understanding.
